Practical Coordination of Testing

Based on its own experience, Polteq has developed training for coordinating activities needed in any testing context, from sequential to iterative – incremental models.

This training includes several aspects. On the one hand, subject-specific aspects are covered. Consider managing and coordinating with team members. On the other hand, this training deals with the human side of coordinating: building bridges to other parties and supporting others in their part in the project, sprint or iteration.

During this two-day test coordination training, participants are interactively and with lots of practice given practical tools, tips and tricks to perform their coordination work in the best possible way.

This training is not designed to make each test coordinator individually “reinvent the test coordination wheel,” but rather to give participants ample opportunity to benefit from our and each other’s experiences.
