In today’s QA and testing world, we encounter more work being done in so-called cross-functional teams. These cross-functional teams are expected to deliver value quickly and continuously to the business with the right quality. The focus is therefore increasingly on delivering quality in the broadest sense of the word. Establishing this, is done through testing. However, engineering quality is much bigger than only testing the quality of the software. The methodology described in TMAP® fits the current way of software development, supports IT delivery models such as Agile, SCRUM and DevOps and is applicable in any situation. It more and more covers team composition, generating, establishing, and maintaining quality and implementing the right IT delivery models which fit within one’s organization.
This three-day TMAP® – Quality for Cross-functional teams training provides a set of tools to help you better navigate in today’s QA and testing world.
During the training you will gain knowledge and skills that are important for demonstrating the quality of systems and processes and delivering their added value to the business. You will learn which IT development models can be used and various concepts for working in cross-functional teams will be discussed. Additionally, you will learn various testing techniques and testing approaches that help in advising on and building up the quality of information systems.
Exam
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive a voucher which can be used to take an online or classroom exam.
