Follow the latest trends in the DevOps world

A three-day TMAP training course for DevOps Test and Quality Engineers according to the latest trends in the DevOps world.

DevOps is something that concerns many in the software quality market. But what is it? Is it a sequel to CI/CD: ‘automate everything’? Or is it something to do with team composition, pairing and mobbing? Or is it like with Scrum, each organization fills it in to its own credit? Isn’t DevOps really just Scrum 2.0?

We can answer a resounding “yes” to all of these questions. But even only if everything is “yes” can DevOps be properly implemented. After all, DevOps is about Culture, Automation, Lean agile processes, Measure, know and improve, Sharing knowledge; CALMS for short.

For any tester operating in modern development models within Agile or DevOps, this has implications. The tester is no longer just Test Engineer, the role is increasingly changing to Quality Engineer: the team member who ensures that we maintain and improve quality in Product, Process and People. Starting from Business Analysis, through construction and TDD, CI/CD through BDD and ATDD, to Business Value testing and the question “What is the customer served by?”

A new development, which calls for a “recalibration” of our position. What is it and who am I in that world? What does that mean for me?

This new three-day DevOps training provides a set of tools to help you better find your way in the (new) DevOps world.
